This site will showcase news, announcements, services, offers, about us, contact information, booking information for models, social media information and other important information regarding the business, its services and marketing needs.

SDS is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website. When you provide personal information to us, we do our best to protect the privacy and confidentiality of that information. SDS’s position is to collect and use only that information that we consider is necessary for our legitimate business interests.

Another way you might provide us with personal information is by sending us email, registering with us as a Model interested in representation or partnership through our contact forms, or through your own email software. If you send us email or complete a contact form, your email address and the contents of your message/the form will be collected. This includes text characters and any audio, video, and graphic information formats included in the message. Your electronic mail address and the information included in your message will be used to respond to you, to address issues you identify, to improve this site, or to forward your message to the appropriate SDS department for a response. SDS will not sell or otherwise distribute your email address to any third party. Any personal information you choose to provide to SDS will be retained by SDS in accordance with our standard company policies.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection, keeping track of who is commenting inappropriate information and/or bullying/harassing others.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. (This is true for almost any website). This is just our recommendation. We do not sell or intentionally distribute your information. 

If you upload images for model submissions and/or project based reasons, we will keep them in our records to refer to, verify, review and consideration. They will be store via our CRM tool, our personal database and/or via the site depending on which method/form used and your consideration and application process. You may email us and ask us to remove any submitted images at any time. 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

YOU: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We will use your information internally for legitimate business interest. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For images we will keep them in the submission database indefinitely or until cleared by a SDS team member. You may ask to have them removed.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. SDS Only uses your data internally and will not sell your data

SDS uses industry standard security measures to protect the information under our control. Although the inherent dangers of the Internet means we cannot guarantee the protection of your information against loss, misuse, or alteration, hacking, illegal behavior or acts of god. SDS works hard to protect all of your personal information. Security procedures have been integrated into the design, implementation, and day-to-day operations of this website as part of our commitment to the security of electronic content as well as the electronic transmission of information.

SDS is strongly committed to protecting personal information collected through this website against unauthorized access, use, or improper disclosure of information.

This site is a general audience website and is intended to be used by adults and SUPERVISED teenagers interested 18 or under interested in SDS. It is not intended for children, and does not want to collect any personal information for users who are under the age of 18. SDS does not knowingly collect personal information from children or create profiles of children through the site. However, any personal information submitted by email will be treated as though it was submitted by an adult. We ask parents not to create accounts on behalf of those under 18 or fill out forms on behalf of those under 18.
