Giveaway Rules: 

Title: “Exclusive Subscription Launch Giveaway”

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be legal residents of United States where the giveaway is lawful.
• Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of SDS Modeling Co are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• The entry period ends when the first 500 subscribers has been reached.
• Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the giveaway, individuals must subscribe to SDS Modeling Co’s digital subscription service during the entry period.
• Only the first 500 subscribers will be automatically entered into the giveaway.
• Each subscriber account will receive one entry into the giveaway.

4. Prize Details:

• Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries.
• Each winner will receive a cash prize of $125 USD.
• The total prize value is $375 USD.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by SDS Modeling Co within 15 days after the entry period ends.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified via email within 10 days of the prize drawing.
• If a winner does not respond to the notification within 5 days, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Distribution:

• Cash prizes will be distributed to the winners via CashApp or PayPal within 5 days of winner verification.
• Winners may be required to provide additional information for prize distribution purposes.

8. Publicity:

• By accepting the prize, winners grant SDS Modeling Co the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions:

• SDS Modeling Co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of SDS Modeling Co.
• The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
